The Microsoft Windows product key comes from a defective hard drive. The listing on this website includes the defect hard drive. In order to receive the hard drive in the mail, we need to charge an additional shipping cost of 45 USD within the USA; the hard drive is free of cost. International buyers would need to contact us for the shipping rate. Please let us know before purchase our item if you need the defect hard drive.

We do not sell an operation system, we sell only the activation key to the operating system you own, or you can get it from Microsoft by downloading it on their website.

Our activation keys sold in this listing are used as a system builder, supplied by authorized Microsoft partners. To comply with the terms and conditions of Microsoft, all of the items sold are new and sourced directly at the time of sale from third-party Microsoft sellers.

Microsoft’s Distribution Agreement for System Builders states that the system builder software packs are not intended for distribution to end users unless the end users are acting as system builders by assembling their own PCs. A “system builder” is anyone who assembles, reassembles or installs software on a new or used computer system.

Licenses were received with a damaged computer / hard drive, are stored max 7 days. If the damaged hardware not shipped, picked up, it will be disposed at no cost to the buyer.
